To ensure a smooth, productive, and memorable experience for every participant, please carefully follow the guidelines below:
1. Formal Attire is Mandatory
All attendees are expected to wear formal or business attire. Entry will be restricted for those in casual clothing.
2. Be Punctual
Participants are requested to arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time to complete registration and seating. Latecomers may miss important sessions.
3. Carry Notes & Pen
Bring a notepad and pen to take notes during important training sessions, speeches, and networking opportunities.
4. Hall Pass Required for Entry
Ensure you have your Event Hall Pass / Ticket (Digital or Printed) ready for verification at the entrance.
5. Maintain Discipline
Respect the decorum of the convention by switching mobile phones to silent mode, and avoiding unnecessary disturbances during sessions.
6. Participation is Key
Engage actively in discussions, activities, and networking sessions to make the most of this convention.
7. Food & Beverages
Refreshments will be provided at designated breaks only. Outside food is not allowed inside the venue.
9. Follow Staff Instructions
