1. Cancellation Policy

For Online Courses, Webinars, and Memberships:

• Users can cancel their registration within 2 hours  of enrollment for a full refund.
• After the cancellation period, no refunds will be issued.

For Paid Services (Internships, Consultations, or Certifications):

• Cancellations made before service commencement will be eligible for a partial/full refund based on the service type.
• Once a service has started, cancellations are not allowed, and no refunds will be provided.

For Business and Startup Opportunities:

• Any fees paid for business opportunities or startup support are non-refundable after processing.

2. Refund Policy

• Refund requests must be sent to info@thevisionarie s.org.in  with payment details and reason for cancellation.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
• Processing fees, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount.
• No refunds will be issued for digital downloads, course materials, or services that have already been accessed.

3. Exceptions & Special Cases

• Refunds for exceptional cases (e.g., duplicate payments, technical errors) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• The Visionaries reserves the right to modify this policy at any time
